Unloading Process (Bitumen)
- Heat the container– apply external heating (steam coils or heating jackets) to bring the bitumen back to liquid state
- Connect discharge hose– attach hose to bottom discharge valve
- Pump out the bitumen– hot bitumen flows out, carrying dissolved PE material with it
- Complete discharge– inner bag fully dissolves, no residual material to remove
- No cleaning needed– container can be returned as-is or used for other purposes
